Work Out Playlist

I try to work out 5 days a week to Jillian Michaels' 3 month plan

Well, I have found that I am more motivated by music then I am by Jillian Michaels

I like Jillian Michaels but in her videos, she talks to the other people working out far too much for me to stay focused.

My solution: I put the tv on mute and I blast my own work out mix

I have been asked several times to send the mix to my friends or to make them one or whatever

SO

I thought I would share with you here 

I must warn you though: I do like these songs but these group of songs isn't my entire taste in music. Therefore, if you'd like to comment on how I only like this or that, remember that this is a work out mix.

A few tips for making your own playlist:  

Chose music that really pumps you up. 

Be familiar with the work out you're going to do so that you can match the beat with the rhythm of your movements

Put it on shuffle. It keeps the playlist fresh for each work out

1. What is the name of your blog and how did you come up with it?? 

The Wild Ones

I came up with the name from the song, Wild Ones. 

These lyrics reminded me of my friends:

"I like crazy, foolish, stupid
Party going wild, fist pumping
Music, I might lose it
Blast to the roof, that's how we do'z it"

Just kind of described college and The Wild Ones is a perfect way to describe my group of friends

Also, a little unknown fact: my url isn't The Wild Ones because it is taken. That blog is about wild animals. Quite the opposite. SO, my url is the wild ones aswel because we're wild ones as well. It has one "l" because Brennen made it up one day and was always texting it to me as one word "aswel" so it's kind of an inside joke with Brennen and I.

2. What do you love the most about blogging?? 

Putting my ideas and pictures and everything in one place and other people appreciating it. 

I'm hoping that the more I blog, I'll make blogging friends. That would be amazing.

Confession: No One Tagged Me I just wanted to join in on the fun!
Brennen keeps encouraging me that if people know more about me, then they would want to listen to what I say more. After all, are you going to listen to someone where you barely know anything about them? I wouldn't. So, here I'm going to tell you a little bit more about myself.   Don't wait for someone to tag you, you should join in too!

When was the last time you cried? It's been quite a while actually.  Usually, when asked this question then answer is one I can remember so I'm really happy that I can't!
Are you named after anyone? My parents just really liked the named Rebecca. My dad had kind of wanted to name me Samantha so he could call me Sam but they settled on Rebecca. However, my middle name is Michelle and that's my aunts name (my dad's sister). They were really close when I was born. If I was a boy, my name would have been Michael Jennings Smith. Michael is a family name and Jennings is my mom's maiden name.
Do you have kids? Proudly, no. I'm only 21 and not married. Many of my friends from high school have babies and aren't married or they are already married with babies. Great for them but I'm really enjoying living life solo (with Brennen of course haha)
If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself? Everyone is different. There are a lot of girls that don't get along with me because I can talk to boys easily and they can't. I'm only that way because I have brothers who taught me the importance of knowing the rules of football. But I think that I'm a good friend. I'm a good listener and I try to be there for anyone who needs it.
Do you use sarcasm a lot? At times. It's a good way to communicate with boys.
Will you ever Bungee jump?

Maybe. 

I haven't done a lot of things like that but it depends on if I'm feeling adventurous at the time.

What’s your favourite cereal?

Apple Jacks or Cheerios

What’s the first thing you notice about people?

Appearance wise: their clothes

Personality wise: if they're nice

What is your eye colour?

Brown and sometimes green

Scary movie or happy ending?

Happy ending. I'm a sucker for those.

Favourite smells?

The ocean, rain, candles, a campfire, new car smell

Summer or Winter?

They both have their perks and by the end of both of them, I want the next one to come along.

Computer or television?

Both. Need them both.

What’s the furthest you’ve ever been away from home?

Europe. Such an amazing trip.

Where were you born?

Denver, Colorado!

Do you have any special talents?

Special? It sounds cheesy, but I can sense people's energies really well. 

I can tell what they need when they need it.

What are your hobbies?

Photography, reading, and blogging!

Do you have any pets?

They don't live with me, they live with my parents but they're the families dogs so they're mine too!

The Two Shameful Ways College Kids Acquire Stuff For Free 

Music:

A student from University of Colorado at Boulder, thusly known as CU, created this site. It's called This Song is Sick. The music on there isn't for everyone but it's worth checking out. 99% of the songs are free and if they aren't, you can listen to it anyway. There's also a link to itunes for the songs.

Movies, TV Shows, Comic Books, Books, Audio Books, Music Albums, Individual Songs, And More

So this is what the shameful in the title was referring to because I'm introducing you to a website that is, well...pirating. Hence, the websites name: thepriatebay. Pretty much search it, and it's yours. If you're downloading someone from it, click on it and it will tell you if it's been scanned and says that it's safe (to avoid viruses on your computer) and as always, you want to choose a download that has more seeders then leachers. Honestly, I use this all the time. It's absolutely amazing. I know, I know, not exactly ethical but when you're pretty much living on Top Ramen and looking for quarters on the ground to do laundry, it's a pretty good alternative to just staring at the walls because you can't afford movies and books. After all, text books are expensive enough.
