Hello Out There!

I am starting a 90 day challenge. 
I'm using Jillian Michael's Work Out Regime
30 Minutes a day work out.
+journaling about how I feel and what I'm eating
With journaling, I'm going to be keeping up with it here! 

This is what I had for breakfast this morning...Day 1 
(Off to a great start!!)

What's in it:
bananas
strawberries
frozen grapes
apples
& Maybell cheese

Soooo good!
